Shipping, Returns & Refunds

There is a lot that goes in creating the curated pieces of apparel and accessories, We encourage you to check and read about your purchase before placing an order. Processing returns for the sustainable business become a whole lot difficult. Here's all that you need to know regarding getting them to you:

Shipping Charges are on actuals or as mentioned in your order details

  1. Merchandise will be dispatched and delivered between 10-14 days after the order is confirmed. Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order. These are all made to order products and require production time.
  2. If you have loved and purchased products from multiple designers, these will reach you together.
  3. All deliveries are done via our delivery partner DHL. A Tracking link is initiated once the package is picked from our HQ. An email is sent to the customer with the link as well as the delivery date. The delivery is tried once post which the customer can get in touch via email to request for delivery on another date or pick the package from the courier partners office.
  4. Delays owing to pandemic, strikes, unknown circumstances delivery outage are unfortunately out of our control, however we will communicate the status to you at all times. 
  5. Should we fail to deliver products due to product or size unavailability, poor product quality, inventory, we will cancel your order and offer you a full refund.
  6. We do not accept returns, however in case of incorrect size sent from our end, we will be able to process an exchange for one time per order number subject to availability in that size. 
  7. In case of any disputes/queries post purchase, you can write to us at hellosg@shufflingsuitcases.com for a resolution. We can assure you a call back for solution within next 48 working hours.

Exchange :

  1. We offer exchange in sizes if an incorrect size is sent from our end. The customer must initiate the size exchange request via email at hellosg@shufflingsuitcases.com, within 3 days of receiving the goods. 
  2. The product shall have to be sent by the customer in case of an exchange needed from the customer’s end owing to mis judgement of the size chart. Our team is always available on whatsapp on +91 9953160304 for any help with the sizing or to request a customisation.
  3. The goods must be sent back in their original state, unused and with intact tags
  4. Each piece goes through a quality check, packed and sealed carefully. The product is only eligible for a return in the case of damage in transit
  5. We do not accept returns or exchange on custom made, or made to measure pieces.

Sale Items

Items sold under promotions, or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned.

2. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on items that are on sale. All sales of sale items are final.
